Uniwax expresses its gratitude to its historical shareholders

As a prelude to the general meeting held on 7 June 2018, Uniwax was keen on thanking its top twelve shareholders for their contribution to its development and influence on the African continent since its initial public offering twenty years ago, in September 1998.

On that occasion, Jean-Louis Menudier accompanied his hosts on Thursday 31 May 2018, on a visit of the factory during which Uniwax's historical shareholders were able to rediscover the process of creating and manufacturing the wax African fabric as well as the company's internal organization.

As a real passionate and prestigious guide, he did not fail to recall his commitment to African fashion, highlighting the brand's technological advances all along that visit, which ended with a lunch and a discussion session.

The shareholders met for the ordinary general meeting on 7 June 2018, at the Pavillon Latrille Events, II Plateaux (Carrefour Duncan). It was an opportunity to review the highlights of the past year and to confirm the company's dynamism, with very reassuring figures.

Projects for the future and innovation were discussed, then, after a series of questions to which Jean Louis Menudier provided answers that satisfied the meeting, the shareholders were able to vote for next year's decisions.
