Miss Côte d'Ivoire tour is back on!

The launch of the very popular beauty contest was held Tuesday 31 January in the presence of Mr Siandou Fofana, Minister of Tourism. This press conference that gathered partners, members of the COMICI and journalists helped assess last year's instalment and announce novelties for this year.

The town of Man left out this year is making way for Divo absent for the last 2 years. Young ladies from the diaspora will be able to enter the contest in countries like France, Italy, Belgium and the USA. The theme for this 22nd instalment is the quite popular news phenomenon of illegal immigration. UNIWAX, a historical partner of this contest will, of course be accompanying the COMICI during its tour across the country. Roadshows and promotions on wax fabrics will be held on Friday and Saturday in the towns that will be visited.
