The 20th edition of the Miss Côte d’Ivoire competition was held last Saturday 4 June.
UNIWAX, the historic sponsor of the organization committee COMICI offered the public a beautiful show through a creative and original fresco, depicting several scenes of everyday life where the use of Wax prints is favored.

The fresco was an opportunity for the audience and TV viewers to discover or rediscover the variety of products by the UNIWAX brand. From Wax Block through Wax Print and the brand new Wax Block Gaufré, the stage of Palais des Congrès was enlivened by the beautiful colours of UNIWAX prints.
The public could also see the new Sublime Relief collection by UNIWAX highlighted by the designer Eloi Sessou through classy city outfits. Contestants who went through the dreaded test of the Titanic also conquered the audience in beautiful evening dresses made by the designer Wafa with the new Wax Block Gaufré by UNIWAX.
The colourful evening ended with Miss Memel Esther, 20, being crowned. She will be accompanied during her year as Miss by 4 runner ups as announced at the competition launch press conference. These are: Misses Bakayoko Abiba (1st Runner up), Egue Marie-Loïc (2nd Runner up), N'Dri Grâce (3rd Runner up) and Diarassouba Raïssa (4th Runner up).
