As part of the fight against counterfeiting, Mr. Jean Louis MENUDIER, UNIWAX CEO, together with his team, was pleased to welcome Colonel Major Issa Coulibaly, Director General of the Ivorian Customs.

After Mr. MENUDIER's welcoming address, the Global Director for brand protection at VLISCO group, Monique Gieskes, said she was satisfied with the progress since 2009, when the agreement between the VLISCO Group and the Ivorian Customs was signed.
However, she noted that progress still need to be made to permanently stem the scourge of counterfeiting, especially regarding prints.
After the factory tour led by UNIWAX CEO, the Director General of the Ivorian Customs, committed to redouble efforts to even more effectively bring print counterfeiting under control.
The visit fruitful in terms of information ended with a cocktail.
